How do I register?
Click here to register. Enter your Employee ID on this form and select ‘load’.
The form will auto populate with your contact details. You will need to enter and confirm a password to use the site. The password must be eight characters, containing one capital letter and one number.
Before you submit the form, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions by checking the tick box and then select ‘register’ in the bottom right hand corner.

What is my Employee ID?
For Optus employees, your Employee ID is on your ID Pass and is the same number that you log into EMD with.
My Employee ID doesn’t work. What should I do?
Please check your Employee ID is correct on the Corporate Directory.
The yes4Good program is only available to Optus permanent and block time employees. Unfortunately contractors and consultants are unable to access the program at this time.
I’m a new employee. When will my Employee ID be loaded onto the website?
New Employee IDs are added to yes4Good every two weeks. If your Employee ID is not on the yes4Good website, please email the Optus Community team.
I’m leaving Optus. How do I remove my details from yes4Good?
Your donations and personal details will be automatically removed once you cease being paid by Optus.
